Can I roll a large suitcase through Taipei?
You can. MRT stairs and a stall lane will make you famous in the wrong way. One bag you can lift onto a train. The night market is a sitting, not a luggage test.
THSR with a hard-shell?
Reserved seats have a place for a finishable bag. Unlimited is a different product. Run the official NTD table on Taiwan transit if south is real. Do not burn a Pass day on a bus to Jiufen with two wheels. Skip the Pass?
